Tenant Services

The Tenant representative is responsible for making work requests or reporting problems to Property Management. Please make all service requests directly to the Property Management office either by phone at 206-770-0180, email at 2601mgmt@wrightrunstad.com or through the Online Work Order system.

This procedure helps Property Management keep track of each request and ensures that they are resolved in a timely fashion. The Property Management office will address the problem as soon as possible, sending someone to assist you or making whatever other arrangements are necessary. The Tenant will be charged for such work at cost plus appropriate mark-up.
